Dilemma II

Real Estate

A lady from out of town calls you to list her deceased parent's home in liberty. She is not sure what it is worth, but says she will be happy to get $50,000 for the home. You look at the home and feel it is worth at least $75,000 and realize it would be perfect for your brother.
What do you do?

It depends. If my brother was rich and had money, i''ll inform the lady that its worth more than $50,000 and will sale it to my brother for $75,000. If my brother was a normal person who can barely afford money for living, i'd sale it for him for $50,000 or a bit more with my help,  might help him with few Thousands. Because if he had money, $25,000 will not make a big difference to him, but if he wasn't rich; $25,000 can be a lot for him to afford. Its , and after all, its all just business. if it was sold in a low price, its her fault. She's the one who said she'll be happy to get $50,000 for the house.

i would probably go and sell it to my brother with the $50,000 price, as family comes first. Although   business  is business, I would probably hesitate to make this choice. To say true with myself, i'll tell the women about the real price and how much does the home costs in the market. Hence, if she's still happy with the first price she gave, here i'll go and sell the house to my brother. This way i will satisfy both sides, i'll sell the house and yet, did this favor  to my brother. but, if she didn't actually agree on the deal, and she decided to go with what the home does really worth for, I will look for another person who will be interested in the home. I might not helped my brother in this home, but satisfying the costumers is more important to my career, sense selling the home with the $50,000 price to my brother; will definitely give me a bad repartition in my job. Although she's out of town and she will not know. However, she will defiantly have some relatives or friends in the town which for sure saw the home, and they'll tell her how much does it really did worth for.
